Suits Law Firm provides legal counsel and representation for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, for homeowners associations and their members, and for landlords and tenants. While many of our clients reside locally, some reside outside the state are managing their properties from afar and trust our law firm to represent them in issues dealing with their local properties and disputes.

Here at Suits Law we understand that real estate projects and developments can be intricate and involved transactions which can sometimes lead to unwanted legal disputes. For the past 13 years we have represented Homeowners and/or Brokers/Agents in claims over real property sales contracts, building and developments. We also litigate disputes arising from property boundary claims, and use/ownership disputes such as easements and adverse possession claims.

We advise and educate our clients on your rights and options so you can make an educated decision about your claim in determining if a lawsuit is necessary and warranted. Suits Law Firm can then assist in taking the appropriate steps to investigate your issues. We offer assistance with troublesome real estate transaction, such as seller carrybacks, wrap-around contracts, or sales/leaseback transactions, and we can assist in protecting your rights under Arizona’s real property laws, such as when a real property is sold without proper disclosures.

Whenever applicable, we urge resolution of disputes through mediation and/or arbitration. We often work with homeowners associations to help them resolve disputes with members regarding homeowner associations "Rights and Responsibilities, and with property management companies regarding landlord-tenant obligations and responsibilities, evictions and fair debt collection practices.
