After serving the legal needs of Yavapai County since July, 2002, Suits Law Firm is closing for at least the next year.  On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors unanimously chose me to fill the vacant Prescott Justice of the Peace bench. My term as the new Justice of Peace will start on Monday, September 29th and because it is a full time position, I must close my practice. 

 

The term I will last through next year and I'll be running for election as the Prescott Justice of the Peace in next year’s election.  Should I win the seat, my office will remain closed.  Should the public choose someone else, I intend to re-open my practice and would once again be available to assist you with your legal needs.
